Review WF for SRM 4.0 (EBP 5.0)- WS14500015

Hi Jocelyn:

Thanks for the response.

I understand that the review process is for monitoring the Shopping Cart WF,
and that the Superior will only be reviewing, not approving the the Shopping
Cart.

I will raise a query with the developers before implementing a custom Review
method.

Thanks again,
Paul

  Paul,
The intent of the review workflow is that it is triggered manually by the
user using the "Add Reviewer" process. There's no standard option for
automatically adding a reviewer every time. If you want to go down this
route, I'd strongly suggest you raise a query with the developers to see
what they can recommend as the best way of doing this without upsetting the
standard workflow.

Hopefully you already understand that the review workflow is just a way to
monitor the progress of the shopping cart through approval - the superior
cannot approve the cart via the review workflow.

  Hi:

I am working with the SRM 4.0 (EBP 5.0), n step item level WF
(WS14500015).

One of the requirements for this Workflow is for a Review Workflow to be
created, upon creation of the n-step item WF, for the Shopping Cart
Creator's superior.

I can populate the superior into the WF Container element - ReviewerList.
I thought that this might create the Review WF, but it does not.

There is a function module, SWD_API_REVIEW_WF_START, that I could create a
task\step for, but I want to avoid updating the standard WF, if possible.

Also we are able to add a Reviewer, from the internet Shopping Cart, and
it appears in the WI Report.

I am hoping that I am just missing a simple configuration in this process.

Thanks in advance for your replies.
