Re-Processing of Agent Determination for WI missing users

Andy,

I had more or less the same problem. 
First thing you want to do is to make sure that the correct agent
assignment is there. (Refresh witk swus and swu_obuf)
If the work items appear in some users inbox, select these items and
forward them to the org.unit/positions/roles that you prefer. (6th icon
from the left side)
All the users belonging to that org.unit/... will receive the items.

Hi Andy,
I suspect it's not in 4.6c, but see if FM SAP_WAPI_ADM_WORKITEM_REDORULE
is available.
Failing that, SWL_WI_ADM_REDO_RULE should do what you're after.
