Workflow '63011967' work item 63016296: No successor defined for event?

The last time it was changed was Oct of 2004.
The WFs with errors are new so I don't think this is the issue.
Tried to restart after error. Can't restart the WFs. They are stuck in
error status.

Any other clues?

Hi Rick,

Have you changed the workflow recently, without generating a new
version?
That kind of error is normally happened if you has changed & activated
the workflow, but the last workflow item is on going.
How if you try to restart that workflow manually by triggering event
SWUE?

Best Regards,
William R. SUmargo
