Synchronous Dialog Chains and the UWL

>From a workflow admin standpoint, I agree.  Using the workflow log as an
approval audit trail was discussed, but it's a bit more than a training
issue.  The T&E (PR05) log contains a clear description of all
activities (and userids) associated with a trip from submission to
payment, and audit reporting is based upon that log.  Here at least,
it's impractical to force users to research workflow logs for that
information.  Modifying audit reports to search out workflow containers
for the information would be a chore also.

G'day Greg,

A bit of an unhelpful soapbox comment but why MUST the agent's id be
listed as the approving agent. One of my little missions in the world
of workflow is to change that attitude that the changed by field can't
be WF-BATCH. It's really only a training issue to get people to look
at the log. I know about the comments that it's more clunky to get to,
but how often do people really look at that info?
