Transaction PFAC

Hi John,
Get someone to check HR strcutural authorisations and your access to
authorisation object PLOG.

Could be you don't have maintenance access to objects with HR object
type AC and/or RY.

AC is the agent determination rule.
RY is the responsibility.

For PFAC you'll need access to both. For OOCU_RESP you should just need
display of AC (which it seems you have) and maintenance for RY.

Hi John,
your client may be protected against configuration changes. If you just
want to change the responsibility values, you can try transaction
OOCU_RESP.

Hope this helps,
Mikko

Subject: Transaction PFAC

Hi

I am trying to maintain responsibilities for a workflow role using
transaction PFAC. I have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles, and their doesn't
seem to be any authorisation conflicts, but I can only display the role,
not maintain, and hence cant add additional user names in the
responsibilities.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

John
