Help: Sending external mail by workflow

Mike,
 
I've writen the mail on su01 and after that, when testing the wf, the wf told me on swel that the work item was sent. but it only works for users company. it doesn't work with my external mail (glaucokubrusly at yahoo.com.br).
 
do u have any hint ?

Hi Glauco,
You can put any email address in there that you'd like. This is where 
mail will go to when someone clicks 'reply' on a mail sent from WF.

For future reference, if you click on the red light it will show you the 
actual error message.
