WF Table For BOR Data

Good day every body.
We're using standard workflow for training end event
management. Currently we have a requirement to get
list of business event id & description that has been
rejected by all the super visor.
For the status, I can get it from SWW_CONT table where
ELEMENT = 'RESULT' and VALUE <> '0'. 
Unfortunatelly I can't get the business event
(training) description name even though I can see
clearly from container value inside workflow log
transaction.
I'm looking inside SWWWIHEAD table but could not get
data from business object type (BOR) attribute.
Any solution on this?
