And you are saying that the work item with title (approximately) "Aprovacão da Nota Fiscal 1000012" is still in the workflow inbox?
Or is it the "Gera Entrada de mercadorias na MIGO" work item that is in the workflow inbox?
 
If you want the whole flow to end you should set up a parallell branch that listens for your terminating event.
 
I will have to deal with Nota Fiscal soon myself, for Statoil do Brasil. Should I *not* look forward to it?
