Myra,

  I've used at several Clients a Work Center for the WF 
Admin so they can have more than one User get the errors. 
This Note does give the capability now to get the list of 
Users in the WC (Good News). The problem is, like you were 
alluding to is that in the FM they check the LIST for 
only 'US' types. So those are the only ones that will come 
out of it (Bad News). I agree they need to get rid of that 
line: IF LIST-OTYPE = 'US'. & be capable of passing the 
entire LIST.
