Hi Maorriyan,

as far as I remember you can create your own text via transaction SE61.
Therefore chosse document class DT (text in dialogue) and maintain your 
own text.
Or you copy text SWU_NOTIF_INBOX into customer namespace and maintain that 
one.
Than all you have to do is to write this text into the selection screen of 
RSWUWFML2.

I´ve you are looking for further information have a look at the 
documentation of report RSWUWFML2, it´s quite good.

But what transaction we have to use to modify work
item description?
