how to pass screen value to email

Hi Alan,

If I understood correctly, you want to press F8 and send email with all info you input on that screen, right? That is not workflow. That is ABAP dialog programming. In the code you can put all info together and send email to user(s) by using function module. Hope this helps.

Hi friends,

I'm Alan. As I'm new to the world of workflow, I'm finding 
it hard to fish a ticket assigned to me. The senario is like 
this:
 
I have to design a screen which receives informations like 
WBS, location,natwork,requested manager,start date etc.On 
pressing start button the workflow should trigger and should 
send an email with all the vaues entered in the screen.

can anyone tell me how to do this.As I'm not experienced 
brief explanation will be appreciated.
