Training and Event management workflow enhancements

Is approval from two levels a requirement, i.e. the booking is not approved
until both the Superior and the Training Administrator have approved?

If so, you may need to make some changes in your first step, since the
standard solution (although I don't know it in detail) probably sets the
status "approved" once TS01200196 has been executed and goes on from there.
You need to delay all that until both approvals have taken place.

The people who receive task will either approve/
reject the request (TS01200196 - approve attendance
booking)in case of booking / rebooking of an training
or event.

In case of cancellation of booking ( TS01200212 -
Approve cancellation of attendance booking)
task is used.

The rule (00000168 - immediate superior) is used in
both the tasks.

If I use customized rule after above step will the
agent be able to use the same task.

I hope I am framing the question in right manner.
Please help.

Thanks and Regards
barin
