webflow webservice not executing

I'm having amazing trouble getting a webflow webservice to execute now
we have moved to a QA environment.  I think it is to do with SICF and
the wshandler but not sure.

When I use SWUS to execute the web service task I get a browser come
up with the wshandler URL and a error message page showing

Error in Web service execution

E:SWF_HTTP:050 TS92007921

Does this mean anything to anyone?  

Message class SWF_HTTP does not have
a message number 050, and I can't find where it comes from.

If anyone could point me in any useful direction I really would appreciate it.
