Substitution

In brief:

A task is marked as General, or allocated to something more specific.
This something specific can be a task classification. The screen where you set GENERAL TASK.
Take a closer look at all features.

Eg a Workflow task can be marked as "FINANCIAL" or "LEAVE" or "PERSONAL"
etc.

A task profile contains lists of 1 or more task classifications that are associated with the profile.

When "subsitituting" INFTY A210 a task profile can be assigned to this delegation.
Logically this substitution is valid for a certain set of WF tasks.

The standard inbox functions respects these rules.

I posted more detail on this subject some time ago on the list.
Perhaps the archives can help.

cheers

	Hi all!

We are in 4.6c and we are using personal substitution. One of the users has several tasks but the substitute is not allowed to execute all off them.

Is this possible to maintain substitution just for one task? Or, if one user has more than one substitute, than can I share the tasks among them?

I heard about substitution profile, but how can I maintain that?

	Thanks

	Zsolt
