crm R/3 field mapping -- Tom plz help

Hi Tom ,
I am facing some problem with mapping a new field in CRM 4.0 and R/3
field KNA1-KTOKD...
With Your reference to the message you posted on

on june 2002..
But  i am not able to find out the document you specified on the
message... i.e. BUPA_CRM30_EN.doc on service.sap.com/
So can you send me that document..
