Dynamic Columns do not appear in workplace

Hello * again,
 
this is the second critical issue: On 4.7E the dynamic columns in the
inbox do not appear anymore (as it was working previously). we kept the
configuration in sync with the one on the previous SAP release w/o
success.
 
Is there anything new to configure? Is the TAC SWLV required to complete
the configuration? What would be the apropriate evaluation path?
 
If anybody was able to solve this, please enlighten me!
