HR Workflow and help

[Rick Sample]

The program called via the t-code is expecting a parm with a different name than what I have in the BO. 
I get the attribute from SWC_GET_ELEMENT now and the other parm and works fine.

What do you mean 'does not run your display method' and 'does not skip
first screen'? Is it doing something or is it doing nothing? Is it calling
the transaction you'd expect for display and not skipping the first screen.
Is it calling the change transaction and not skipping the first screen.
 
The default method is set under the header section of the object in SWO1
(the hat icon). Clicking on an object reference will execute this method.
It's usually display, but not always.

I have a Decision step that has my BO on the screen. When I click on the
object under "Objects and attachments" on the screen it does not
run my Display method and does not skip first screen.
 
Any clues to get me going?
