Hi Chenna,

Do you have a "wait for approval" event?
If you do not then you should have 3 parrallel branches with one being
necessary to be completed.

             Chenna,

Create a parallel task which has 2 Parallel brances and needs
1 Necessary branche. 1 branche is the workitem and 1 branche is the mail.
If you the workitems is completed from Lotus, the workflow continues and
the workitems get also status Completed (=3D rermoved from Inbox).

             Regards,
             Robert

             Hello Everybody,

For expense claims created by employee a workitem is sent to
Approver's Inbox and a mail is sent to LotusNotes .The approver also has a
option of approving from his Lotus Notes. When he approves from his
LotusNotes we need the Workitem to be cleared from SAP Inbox. Can anyone
provide inputs how this can be acheived.

             thanks & regards,
             Chenna
