APPRAISAL WORKFLOW

Hi,
 
I'm trying to run the appraisal workflow (WS 01000105 /  108) using the
transaction code APPCREATE.
 
The workflow doesn't start.=20
 
Any suggestion ?
 
I've printed all the notes.
