Workflow log that Increase all the time

Hi,
While I used in QAS sys. tocde SWWL , SW10 and all others tcode to delete I found that the file WF_LOG_0000000000XX_XXX still increase.
Any idea?

Use transaction SWU10 to remove these trace files and make sure the technical trace is switched off via SWU8 and that the trace in transaction SCOT is switched off also.

I looking for transaction that delete or decrease the file "WF_LOG_0000000000XX_XXX" from our disk (the disk now (85%).
In the past I deleted the file by transaction in SAP but now I didn't found it.
 
any help?
