How to generate an event from workflow

Use business transaction events - these are like finance user exits - see transaction BF34. For tips search OSS for notes on BKPF.CREATED - this will point you in the right direction and give you some sample code you could adapt.

Hi,
 
I want to generate an event from a specific workflow.
 
The event is BSEG.created.
 
I should have the object BSEG in the workflow but I can't populate it with the
company code, document number, fiscal year and Item.
 
Any suggestion ???
 
I wrote a special function module to execute FM SWE_EVENT_CREATE and it worked,
but I want to trigger the event without a function module.
