How to generate an event from workflow

Hi,
 
I want to generate an event from a specific workflow.
 
The event is BSEG.created.
 
I should have the object BSEG in the workflow but I can't populate it wit=
h the
company code, document number, fiscal year and Item.
 
Any suggestion ???
 
I wrote a special function module to execute FM SWE_EVENT_CREATE and it w=
orked,
but I want to trigger the event without a function module.
