Txn SWDM in EBP 4.0

Hi Jerry,
SWDM is the workflow explorer. Took me a while to become convinced but I love it now.

When you first go to SWDM you are asked to fill in the "search range". You can get back to the search range at any time - just look for the tooltips on the icons. The search range is where you select your workflows. There are a number of criteria you can use. I find the application component is one of the easiest, but whatever works for you.

SWDM brings up all the workflows selected in the left hand window. Click on a workflow and you see a breakdown of that workflow, all its subflows and tasks, in the right hand window.

To display, change, adjust, check possible agents, etc. for any item, click on it in the RIGHT hand window then press the appropriate icon.

The program exit for a task is at the workflow step level - just work your way along the tabs in the workflow step definition.

Regards,
Jocelyn

Subject: Txn SWDM in EBP 4.0

Hi,

We're half way though implementing OSS Note 768201 when we ran into a 'user'
error. The instructions in the note talk about using transaction SWDM to
make some final modifications to WS14000134. The 'user' error is that I
can't quite figure out how to use SWDM to implement the remaining changes.
OSS note instructions are:

        a) Call Transaction SWDM and enter the workflow templates specified

           Above (WS14000134, WS14000108, etc..).

        b) Click the approval step (for example, 'Approve contract' with
task

TS14007969 or 'Approve shopping cart' with task TS10008126).

        c) Select the 'Program exit' tab and enter class
CL_SRM_WI_CONTAINER_SET.

Can someone please explain how one can get SWDM to do what is being
requested?

Regards,

Jerry Martinek
