Send MAIL stay in ready

Have a look at ST22 for any abends.
Have at look at  SM58  for any RFC errors.

Hi,
 
I tried to test the send MAil step, but it stays 'ready'  status. Why ?
 
Recepient is &_WF_INITIATOR&  Task TS90000017
 
What it is waiting for ?  According to description a mail should be sent to
recepient inbox.
 
Where and what should be customized ?
 
Thanx for recommendations !!!
