How to Start workflow on customer table?

I run on 4.7
 
 
 
I created a  Z  table (customer table) and now I want to start workflow for every new line in my table.
 
I created a new business object base my table and also created a event in business object.
 
How I will start my workflow via the Event without coding program with function
 
 SWE_EVENT_CREATE ? (Can I?)
