Error in Task using method PAYMENTRELEASE from object BSEG

We are developing workflow for Payment Request in releas 4.6c and using de
Method PAYMENTRELEAS from object BSEG
 
The Workitem for the Agent is created, but when trying to open it , then
appears the message:
 
 
No administrator found for the task
 
 
Message no. 5W 141
 
 
 
 
 
are we missing somthing when create the task ??
 
 
any hint would be appreciated
