Calling BOR object from other system

I am currently working in IS-U 4.72 in combination with CRM 4.
 
Now, I want to call the object BUS2000126 (CRM contact) from IS-U.=20
 
This must also be possible from R/3.

How can this be done? Should there be a connection (made) or something??
