Background Printing

All,
 
   Right now there's a WF that's using Bus. Obj. WF_DOC to print
filled templates (Word Doc) to a local printer. Has anyone used the
process to print the docs in the Bkgrd without any User response? I
know you can uncheck the 'Prompt User' option, but even that still
requires dialog w/the User, and after it's printed MS Word stays open
& they're forced to close it manually each time.
