Workflow for Approving Changes to Info Records

Has anybody done anything with approving changes to Purchasing Info Records
(specifically price changes and MOQ changes?
 
If so can you share how you achieved this. My requirement is to trigger a
workflow to get approval for these changes BEFORE they are applied and then
automatically apply them AFTER they have been approved.
