Yes, you can share workitems between Business workplace and Outlook, but =
not the way you are asking. You can impliment the SMTP functionallity whi=
ch will send everyworkitem that is sent to your Business workplace, to Ou=
tlook as well, but you cannot split it so that some goes to the one and s=
ome goes to the other. Look at SAP note 455140 which will explain how to =
set this up and also execute program RSWUWFML2.

I got the same question? Is it possible to share the Business Workplace a=
nd the Outlook in the same task? I mean, one of the users gets the messag=
es in the B. Workplace, the others in the MS Outlook folder.=20

I need some information about integration between Outlook XP and Sap Busi=
ness Workplace (Sap release 4.6).
 
Until now we are working in Sap Business Workplace, but some users would =
like working in Outlook directly....
