It is not my question but I can answer the question of Jocelyn.
=20
Why: Often, there is the question "What happens to workitems which are =
accepted by a user but this user gets sick. The workitems are then in =
his/her inbox and no other agent can work with the workitems."
=20
Solution is to set a substitute, but this can not be done afterworts.
Other solution is that the WF admin replaces the workitems which are in =
inbox of the sick agent.

Regards,
Robert.

Firstly, Don't. Assign all of the agents in the pool to your work items. =
Each user logs in under their own userid. If any of them execute the =
work item it disappears from the other's inboxes.

Secondly, Why?
