FIPP.CHANGE and Post Option

Hello workflowers,
 
    I am using the method FIPP.CHANCE in my WF template. I always get the POST option  disabled/greyed out  in  < Document -> Post >  menu. Even after releasing doc header. FIPP.POST works fine, but the doc will show that it was posted by WF-BATCH and not the user, becasue it is background process.
 
How can I enable the Post option for the user ?
