I think your system is missing the agent that you have to enter in the =
customizing.
Because the first task of WF_REQ_REL uses a default role which reads the =
agent from customizing.

 Have just done courses BIT600 & BIT601, now trying to create a copy of
Template WF_REQ_REL but can't get pass the first step Release
Requisition after approving release. This I think is to do with the
terminating events in the Task not being met? Any ideas what I've
missed....
