AW: Event BKPF.CREATED not raised from MM posting

This sounded familiar to me, I looked in my notes and found
 
To trigger the BKPF.CREATED event the Payment Approval config needs to
be setup.  This causes the Event BKPF.CREATED to be triggered and
makes the Payment block field none changeable, so it can only be
controlled by the workflow.
 
I thought that I would need to put the create event FM in a user exit,
but on investigating and messing about with the FI config I got the
event to trigger.
