[More] Compensation approval web woes

Why not run function RH_STRUC_GET with an object type of 'P', objid = personnel
number and evaluation path SAP_ORGP to find the persons org details.
 
Then call a function like RH_GET_LEADING_POSITION to find the reports to
relationships.
