sorry for my late reply! I had a seminar the last two days.
Our users say that in QM03 everything is working fine.

Hi Werner,
 
let the User use QM03 in dialog to see what happens.
Maybe the problem can be seen when QM03 is done in dialog.

Hi everybody,
 
i don't know if this is a workflow problem:
Some users who get a sap mail with a link to QM03 can't open the link =
and
some others can open it although everybody has authorization to QM03.
The users that cannot open it get the message: "Exception in method
BUS2078".
BUS2078 is the rigth object type for QM03, but i don't know if a link in =
a
sap mail has something to do with thw object types ???
 
Does anybody know what this could be?
