Event Linkage / Type

Wondered if you can help on this...
 
When I save Purchase Order, it shd trigger BUS2012's events, release step
created.
 
Instead,  from SWEL, QCYBUS2012 Event 'CREATED' is triggered with Rec type
Exception.
And additionally, BUS2011 Event 'QuotationCreated' is triggered.
 
When I look into SWETYPV , type linkages, and SWEINST, Instance Linkages,
BUS2012 is active and set up correctly.
 
I tried to find out what's is BUS2011 and QCYBUS2012 but there isn't such
objects.
 
I used SWUE to trigger the event for BUS2012 and the workflow works.
 
any idea?
