Laughing indeed, but not at the question, rather at the idea of being cal=
led
an old muppet... funny you should mention that as I'm preparing some majo=
r
birthday celebrations this weekend :-)

Anyway, onto more pressing matters... as I interpret Stephan's question h=
e's
would like to send the list of recipients to a third party - i.e. Dear Mr=
.
Manager, please be aware that Mary, Joe and Frank have been sitting on th=
eir
backsides all day.

If that is the question, this is more involved than it sounds, as agents =
are
dynamic. You might send it to three of them, but one may reserve it and t=
he
others can't see it. Or there may be a substitution active or the item ha=
s
been forwarded and in fact it's someone else that needs a firecracker und=
er
their chair.
The only simple option you have available is to get a list of the origina=
l
agents you sent it to. If you use a rule you're best off evaluating the r=
ule
in a seperate step - an object method that calls RH_GET_ACTORS and return=
s
the agents back to a multiline container in the workflow. You can then us=
e
that to both route the following item and to include it in your deadline
text. But it does involve some coding and knowledge of BOR ABAP. The
Workflow Bible should guide you well at this point... get it if you haven=
't
got it (Practical Workflow for SAP)

(Well done Alon, you've goaded me into a rather lenghthier than usual
explanation.... not that we have any pressing deadlines over here ...
nooooo... but at least it's Friday :)

Cheers
Mike
