Rule Function to be Executed

Good day all,
I have requirement to get AG Role base on material
type and plant. This role to be used as my responsible
agent.
E.g. material type A and plant A will have AG Role
Z:A; material type B and plant B will have AG role Z:B
and so on.
Any idea?
 
My second question is. If I have to make function
module (function to be executed) to get the AG Role,
can I use table actob_tab (structure swhactor) and
ac_container (structure swcont) as well? Meaning AG
role will be as my function module export parameter
and ready to be used as my responsible agent.
