Unicode Bug

Hi all
 
Is there anyone out there that has had a Unicode upgrade done and when yo=
u go into any workflow the system only launches the alphanumeric editor ?=
=20We are on version 4.7.
I am trying to find anything in the note system, but I am not having any =
joy at the moment.
 
Has anyone else had this problem ? and if you did, could you shed some li=
ght in the darkness ?
