WF Def. WS######## Not in Version ###

Hi Jeff,
 
I just ran across same issue.  I made a small change in the flow in DEV and created a new transport.  It was OK after being imported in QA.

   Has anyone come across the above message when trying to bring up a
newly transported WF in QA? We've applied Note #602288, and still no
go. If we open the earlier Version, then it doesn't have the latest
changes. We're on Rel. #6.20 Level #0036 / 4.71.
