Hmmm, a concept I'm familiar with :-)
 
Output as in Sales Order output (prinout/fax/mail). As in message control=
.
Extras -> Output -> Header. If you're not familiar with the SD config beh=
ind
it have a chat to your SD folks. Basically you define an output to trigge=
r
your workflow. As of somewhere in recent 4.6-ish versions they have event=
s
and on 4.7 even tasks as output types.
Outputs have conditions, you can stick a piece of code in there to valida=
te
it (i.e. VBUK-GBSTK =3D 'C').
