AW: Workflow to release orders

Hi Ute,
 
when you enabled the event for BUS2012->RELEASESTEPCREATED and set the =
bindings correct,
then there is some customizing missing.
You have to go to SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG:
Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Release =
Procedure for Purchase Orders
-> Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders
 
There you have to define a release group (e.g. "01"), a release code for =
your group (group, release code and workflow =3D 1).
I don't know what the entries in "Release indicator" and "Release =
strategy" mean!
In our system "Release indicator" looks like this:
Release ind.  Released  Chgabil.  Value change %  Description
1                       4         10,0
2             X         6         10,0
And in "Release strategy" the release code is entered.
 
In the last register there is the group and the code again with a user =
of our basis.
 
I hope it works if you correct your customizing!

Hi Workflowers,
 
I=B4m a bit at a loss.
I ought to activate Workflow WS20000075,
to enable workflow-triggerd Release of an order.
I=B4ve enabled the event but now, creating an releaseable order
doesn=B4t start the workflow.
 
Anybody experience with this workflow?
Do I need to use a special transaction so that the event is created?
 
Any hints highly appreciated.
