Preview Pane In ITS not visible

Take a look at note 488660.
 
The preview pane has been disabled in SAP GUI for HTML.
 
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have both functionalities - execution of a work item via double click and preview - at the same time.
 
A single click on a document or a workitem will select this object or set the focus on this object, but without triggering the preview. A double click will either display the document or trigger the execution of the workitem. If you want to display the workitem before, you have to use the display icon in the toolbar of the program.
 
With the normal WINDOWS GUI a delay command is used to display the preview after you selected a document or workitem via single click. This is not possible in the HTML GUI. Therefore, the double click has been chosen to trigger the following event, either display or execution.

Hello all,
 
Just a general question- In ITS when you execute SBWP how come you do not
see the preview pane.  I see it in R/3 but not in ITS.  Any thoughts?
