Question - Why would one agent behave differently?

When you say only one agent is not working are you saying that
you are just sending the task to one each? i.e. not resolving many users.

If you execute the role and only that one user is supposed to be the agent,
then what you need to do is Terminate task if role fails.
It sounds like you have it setup with General Task, Terminate if role does returns error
not checked, and you have a valid user but not a valid position.

If you are attempting to resolve to a position and that position is delimited (not active) then it
will fail (regardless of the user) and since you have it as a general task is goes to everyone.
Probably not what you want. eh!

When resolve to a position that has no users assigned, it will be in the WF without agents.
Found position, but no one to send to. When the position gets filled and the buffers
sync, (midnight) the WF will continue if the user is valid. I would call this a Feature!

If a workflow ends up in all inboxes, this means the task is a general task
and the agent determination did not produce ANY selected agents. You should
look at how the agent determination is done, the error will be there.

Rick,
The user IS active, and the position is not open. Within this same
workflow I have 4 agents, 3 are working OK, one is not. No changes have
been made to the Org Unit, and all worked fine up to recently. I have
checked for LCP loads, OSS notes applied (other areas), etc.. Any other
suggestions?

How are you resolving the agent?

Possible causes:

- User is not active. i.e. terminated, retired, delimited, etc.
(Your role should have figured that out already before attempting to route)
- Two positions managing the same org.
Which on to send to?
- If resolving by position, is user assigned to that position and is the
position open.

Hi fellow workflow makers
I've got a perplexing problem. All of my QM Notifications workflows
are behaving correctly EXCEPT for one agent. This agent's notifications
are showing up in everyone's in box. This started about a week ago, out of
the blue, this agent has not had any change for 2+ years. I have double
checked the Org. assignments, and task activations. This agent has not had
any profile changes either (I had this users security profile reloaded
too). If anyone could let point me to possible areas to look in I would
appreciate it.

Thanks,
