Using IFSTATUS to find userstatus.

Hi Claus,=20
When you are building the user status link you have to provide the =
status profile as well.
Make sure you have implemented all 3 attributes from IFSTATUS - =
StatusObjType, StatusProfile, StatusObjNumber.

Thanks for your answer, and yes I read both the book and the =

so I knew the method. But my problem is, that I am not allowed to =
specify a
user status, only standard system statuses is allowed?
 
I=B4ve go this error message when trying a user status: "Status E0003 =
from the
object status management is not defined".

Yes it's possible and relatively easy.  There's a section in the =
workflow
book on it. There's also a section in the SAP Library help. =20
You'll find if you have IFSTATUS implemented, then when you create
attributes you have an=20
additional option to create the attribute based on a status rather than =
a
dictionary reference or virtual code.=20
The attribute will return X if the status is active and blank if not.=20

Interfase IFSTATUS is implemented in object type ECM. Then it is =
possible to
investigate for a system status of a change master with an attribute. I
would like to investigate for a user status instead.
