Overflow of dialog processes after deactivating of update task (Mail ist Virenfrei)

Hello,
 
because of a problem in transaction FB05 the update task was deactivated.
Hereafter processes (type DIA) of the user WF-BATCH are stoped in the queue
until the max. number of dialog processes (15) overflow and the system was
blocked.
 
Anybody  knows the problem? What can we do to avoid this in future?
