Workflow Event Not Triggering

Hello All,
I have configured a workflow to trigger on a custom event based on BUS2001 in BSVW.
In BSVW I have set up the event to trigger if one of 3 user statuses are set. i.e. the BSVW entry for the event event has three status restrictions.
However the workflow event does not trigger when any of these user statuses are set on a project.
 
I have done this many times before for BUS2001 in BSVW, but only ever entered a single entry in status restrictions for the BSVW entry.
 
Does anyone have any suggestions at to what my problem could be ? Could it be the multiple entries ?
