Hi all
 
I am in the process of creating an ISR workflow and there are a few levels of approval that need to be done based on roles that have been created. The problem comes in when the role resolution is done. The workflow is routed to the appropriate list of approvers, however when the approver does the approval the executed by information is not populated in R/3. This workflow requires that information to complete the processing as subsequent steps use that information. We are using the Universal worklist to do our processing, this seems to be something related to the Universal worklist because if I process it in R/3 the executed by information is populated. I did not find any notes on this, has anyone else had a problem with this?
 
Any assistance would be appreciated.
