ISR Workflow

Hi all
 
I am in the process of creating an ISR workflow and there are a few level=
s of approval that need to be done based on roles that have been created.=
=20The problem comes in when the role resolution is done. The workflow is=
=20routed to the appropriate list of approvers, however when the approver=
=20does the approval the executed by information is not populated in R/3.=
=20This workflow requires that information to complete the processing as =
subsequent steps use that information. We are using the Universal worklis=
t to do our processing, this seems to be something related to the Univers=
al worklist because if I process it in R/3 the executed by information is=
=20populated. I did not find any notes on this, has anyone else had a pro=
blem with this?=20
 
Any assistance would be appreciated.
